Recruitment Procedure of Medical Reps

Casel prefers to recruit candidates with high experience in the pharmaceutical industry. We look for high persuasion and analytical thinking skills in an experienced candidate. The most important quality we look for in a candidate is to prove what they can add to Casel’s values.

After a fair and objective evaluation and four weeks of orientation, a new colleague begins directly in the field with Casel’s experienced team. Following this procedure, he finally manages his own target area.
